Here, you can find the most common questions our customers have asked. We also update the list frequently.
In case you can't find the answers to your questions, do not hesitate to contact us either by email support@kikfun.com or through the Contact Us page. We will answer every question within 24 hours or in the first opportunity!

Where is my delivery

Some delivery information is updated relatively slowly and may not be updated for 3 to 7 days, which is normal. The average transportation time is 5-20 working days. If time exceeds that time, please contact us via email: support@kikfun.com.


Shipping

We offer shipping to The United States, Australia, Germany, and Canada.
You may choose to insure shipping at an additional cost. This option includes insurance in case your package is damaged or lost in transit. Shipping typically taking 5-20 working days. The exact shipping time depends on the destination country/region. We cannot be held responsible for lost items if an incorrect shipping address was entered during checkout.
Since we are dealing with international shipments there can be delays due to coronavirus outbreak allover the world.

Additional fees & Taxes

We are paying custom fees and taxes on each order before shipping. We haven’t heard that any of our customer have to pay additional custom fees or taxes.
We are not responsible for any local customs or import duties that may be applicable.
No refunds will be issued if the recipient refuses package delivery to avoid paying customs duties or taxes.

Returns and Refunds

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused condition and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

What can I do if I forgot my password?

If you forgot your password, you could try to retrieve password by following below steps:
1. Click “Forgot Password” on the Sign In page.
2. Fill in your registered email address and click 'Submit'.
3.We will send a verification email to your mailbox. Please click the link in your mailbox to reset your password.

How can I place an order?

To place an orderplease followthese steps:
1.Select the product you'd like.
2. Add products to your cart or just hit 'Buy Now.
3. choose or'Add delivery address.Use a preferred payment mode and confirm the order.

How to return?

Get return authorization first:
Before returning an item, please speak to our customer service representative before returning an item for the return authorization via  email.
Please send us an email with your order number entitled if the item you received has any quality problem. such as: wrong color, wrong size, wrong style, and so on. It will be more persuasive if you attach a picture of the packing box containing the shipping information and a picture of the item you received in the email.
We will look into the case once we receive your email, then offer you some solutions.
Kindly reminder:
1.All the items are not returnable any more after 30 days.
2.Please keep the item in original condition if you want to return it within 30 days, items that has been used or washed is not returnable any more.
3.Please do not return the parcel before you get our permission.or we are not responsible for any loss caused.
4.please write your order number on a paper and pack the paper together with the item,so that we can easily find your order in our system once we receive the parcel.

Payments could be made with PayPal, just select that button on the order form. PayPal makes sending money as easy as sending email.

How can I cancel the order?

Note: Shipped order can't be canceled.

What should I do if I want to change the shipping address?

1. Default address: Please edit your address in Account-Edit Profile-Shipping Address.
2. Preparing order: You cannot edit by yourself. Please contact us via  Email us at support@KikFun.com.
3. Shipped order: The shipping address cannot be edited.

Why was my order canceled?

1. Unpaid order: It will be canceled automatically by the system if the payment is not completed in 24hour;
2. Payment failure: It will be canceled if your order is in failed payment.
3. Problem order: It will be canceled if we fail to contact you about Address issue of your order;
4. Out of stock: It will be canceled if all the items are out of stock.
Note: To prevent your order from being canceled, please be attentive to our messages and email.

Why are some items removed from my order?

During the order preparing, some items are out of stock and we need time to update the stock out information online, which causes this confusing situation.
But we will remove the items' price from your total amount and send you a message, please don't worry:
Some items stock out: we will cancel these items and refund the items' price to your original payment.
Whole order stock out: we will cancel the order and refund total amount to your original payment.
The refund process usually takes 8-15 workdays.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Preparing and delivery time completely depends on the destination.
About tracking:
Please check your tracking information in [My account] - [My Orders] (Shipped) Or track on the website of related shipping company with tracking number in the email/message sent by KikFun.
Please kindly note that orders from Global warehouse will be delivered within 10 to 25 days due to the cancallation of some international flight by airlines.  we apologize for any inconvenience caused. Thank you for your patience.

How can I track the shipping information?

Please check your tracking information in [My account] - [My Orders] (Shipped). After clicking "Order Tracking", you will see the Tracking No. and shipping company contact information. Please contact the shipping company for getting detailed shipping information easily.
Your patience will be highly appreciated.

Why the shipping information still has not been updated for 3 days?

If the shipping information has not been updated within 3 days, please wait patiently since the shipping company needs time to update. Otherwise, we suggest you contact the shipping company directly to get shipping details faster.
But it may be a delay for delivery due to hot sales season. We will try our best to deliver your parcel as soon as possible and send a message to you once the parcel information updated.
Note: Please check the shipping info in My Account-All Orders-Shipped Orders.

What's the shipping fee and how can I get free shipping?

Shipping fee completely depends on the destination and the order amount.

How long can I get the refund after return?

The refund will be processed within 3 days after the package received, and it will be transferred to your original account.
Paid by Paypal: in 3-7 working days

What should I do if my item is missing?

1. Kindly check if your order shipped with multi-parcels or not. If there are multi-parcels and you have not received all of them, kindly wait for remaining ones patiently.
2. Kindly check if the missing items were stock out. The amount of stockout item will be deducted before shipment.
Excluding the above situations, please apply for return as the following:
1)  Please contact us via  Email us at support@kikfun.com. Fill in the order number and the missing goods.
2) Fill in needed information and the pictures are required:
① all items received in one picture;
② the courier receipt on the parcel;
KikFun will review your application within 24 hours and deal with it properly.

How to register on KikFun?

There are 3 ways for you to register and shop on KikFun.
1. You can log in KikFun with your Facebook or Google or AppleID directly  in the login/Register page.
2. You can register with your valid email in login/Register page.

How to change password?

1. If you registered via email, you could follow the steps as below to change the password on Website: My Account-Change Password.
2. If you use the Facebook, Google and AppleID, please reset the password in your Facebook or Google or AppleID account firstly, and then use the new password to log in.

How to change my shipping address before making a order?

Before you make the order you can follow the steps as below to change the shipping address on Website:
My Account-My Address to edit address or add a new address you want.
