What payment method does KIKFUN accept?

Why doesn’t the discount code work?
The discount code must be used within the validity period. It will not be applied after it expires. Specific discount codes and event details are subject to the official website.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we CANNOT cancel an order once it is shipped. However, once you have received the package, you can either keep it or contact us to issue a return. To cancel an order that has not been shipped out, please contact our customer service team via support@kikfun.com.
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact us via support@kikfun.com with your return request within 30 days, while ensuring that the product is unused, unwashed, in its original condition and with all tags attached.
