Returns & Exchanges
Cancellation of orders
You can contact the brand email support@shethan.net to cancel the order and receive a full refund as long as the order has not yet been processed;
If your order has already been shipped, we cannot intercept it, so you cannot cancel the order halfway, you should apply for a return after receiving the goods;
Therefore, if you change your mind, we recommend that you request a cancellation as soon as possible.
1. Return and Exchange conditions
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the product is damaged, we support returns and exchanges within the first 10 days from the date of receipt. Please contact us by email before returning or exchanging.
- Please note:
- Unsatisfactory products must be unused and unopened. Such products can be returned, but the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
2. Return and Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:
- Within 10 days of receipt, send your order number and return or exchange request to our customer service email: support@kikfun.com
- Provide photos of the received product and the reason for the return or exchange
Once we confirm receipt of your return or exchange request, we will provide you with the return address information. - Please indicate the order number, name and reason for return in the return package.
- Once we receive and inspect your exchanged product, we will process the exchange within 1-5 business days and contact you by email!
- Please note that if the item is damaged/lost, we are responsible for shipping and taxes; if you need to return or exchange for personal reasons, the return shipping and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Refund Methods
Only if approved, we will notify you whether the return is approved after we receive and inspect the return, and if approved, we will process the refund within 1-3 business days. If you paid for your order using PayPal and are eligible for a refund, the refund will be refunded to your PayPal account. Once the refund is initiated, it may take PayPal 1-5 business days to process the refund and deposit the funds into your account. The exact time for the refund depends on PayPal's policies and procedures.
Please note the following important points:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with the guidelines above.
- Shipping and handling charges are generally not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- The time it takes for a refund to be processed and appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and provider.
4. Exceptions
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following:
- 10 days have passed since the return period
- Customized items
- Promotional items
- Other items that clearly state that they are not returnable
- Please note:
- For health and safety reasons, we do not accept opened items and such items cannot be returned. - Undeliverable or package returned to sender
- Shipping costs will not be refunded.
5. Damage and problems upon receipt
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please take a photo immediately for evidence and contact us for processing. We will help you exchange or refund as soon as possible.
Note: Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until we receive them. Please make sure they are packaged well to avoid any damage during transportation. The package is still your responsibility until it arrives, please be sure to ask for proof of postage in case you need to contact us about the return. We are not responsible for any items returned to us in error. If we are able to find the item and you want it returned to you, we may ask you to pay for the shipping costs. We are unable to refund any taxes or duties collected by the customs border office.
Please note that orders returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address entered in the order or attempted delivery will be subject to a $20 service fee and any shipping charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address entered in the order.
Please note: We do not accept packages returned without contacting us first.
